HVAC Estimator
Seeking a full-time HVAC sales professional. This position will work primarily from our West Lebanon or West Chesterfield office. Successful candidate will have strong HVAC experience; ability to estimate commercial and residential projects; assess equipment for replacement/upgrade; plus solid understanding of ductless heat pump systems. Ability to perform heat loss/gain calculations and accurately size equipment required. Possess project management skills in order to collaborate with owners and installation team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills required.

HVAC Service Technicians
Seeking full-time HVAC service technicians with 2 to 3 years’ experience in HVAC service, repairs and troubleshooting. Graduates of 2-year HVAC programs are also encouraged to apply. CETP certificate strongly preferred. Position includes a company vehicle that can be driven to/from home as well as a gas card. Valid drivers license required.

HVAC Service Technician Apprentice
Seeking full-time HVAC service technician apprentice. Experience with air conditioning and refrigeration is a plus but NOT a requirement. Looking for candidates with proven aptitude for mechanical and/or electrical work. Must be available and willing to work extended hours depending on customer needs and seasonal demands. We will train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic. ARC invests in those who have passion for the trade and a hunger for excellence on all levels. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license required. 

Master or Journeyman Plumbers
Seeking a full-time plumber. Must be licensed in VT and NH, gas license in NH and VT strongly preferred. Must be able to follow instructions, lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and work in confined spaces. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
