ARC has established itself as one of the leading mechanical contractors serving the Upper Valley area of  central Vermont and New Hampshire. By providing a wide range of services for  commercial, institutional and high-end residential customers, ARC continues to expand the scale of its operations. ARC provides both cons-truction and service for mechanical systems including HVAC, Sheetmetal, Plumbing, Refrigeration, and controls. ARC's construction services include both subcontracting to the areas leading general contractors and with design-build capabilities ,self-performing mechanical construction for new and renovated facilities. With offices and fabrication shop in Bradford, Vermont and service facilities and office in Lebanon, New Hampshire, ARC is situated to provide prompt reliable service to the area. Proven flexibility and response to customers needs has created the opportunity for ARC's growth.

Company History

ARC has more than 40 years experience in the mechanical contracting and service business. Starting in the refrigeration service business as Allen Refrigeration Co., ARC has grown steadily to be the full service mechanical contractor it is today.

The company has grown from a nucleus of 12 people in 1987, when it was renamed ARC Mechanical Contractors, to presently more than 50 employees. During this period, its operations have expanded from the refrigeration service business into mechanical contracting with design build capabilities. From its core refrigeration business ARC’s scope-of-services have expanded to include sheet metal fabrication and installation, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical piping, heating, air conditioning and controls. ARC’s service department has expanded to more than 400 accounts. ARC has performed mechanical construction projects for many of the most prestigious institutional and commercial customers in the Upper Valley.

In 2001 the ownership of the company was assumed by Wil Buskey the present President and CEO. Wil has many years experience in the mechanical contracting and ser-vice business. Under his leadership and with a dedicated core of highly skilled employees the ARC looks forward to continued growth and expansion of its operations.
